How do you get to play the doki doki like minigame?

Will Kate have a route where we are not subservient to her? or at the very least be on equal footing?

I would be content enough with just the option to romance and everything else to be left ambiguos so anyone could headcanon whatever else may happen.

Kinda wish our bonded dragon was a romance option, they are the only character my Mordred has actually connected to and implicitly trust at this point, even while having a good enough relationship with Gareth and Gawain, they also happened to be (potentially) the only girl our age we have interacted and got to know so far, and even when the other girls appear, we've already been with them for years by then.
